Retinal self-organization: a model of retinal ganglion cells and starburst amacrine cells mosaic formation

 Researchers from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and the University of Surrey have just published a new article where they presented realistic simulations of retinal cell self-organization built using BioDynaMo and biological data from in vitro experiments and from the literature.    We are renewing our online presence and the channels we use to engage with our community to make it ever easier to keep in touch, share updates, and work together! Today, April the 3rd 2023, we are launching our new website, complete with information many of you (and some funding agencies) requested, and hopefully easier to navigate and interact with.
